By accessing or using Sabbath (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sabbath provides Scripture‑rooted, AI‑assisted meditations personalized from your inputs (text or optional voice). We generate scripts using model providers and synthesize audio for playback.
Paid plans are billed by our payment processor (Stripe). Prices, features, and limits are described on our Pricing page. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
Sabbath offers spiritual reflection and encouragement. We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek professional help in emergencies or for clinical needs.
We integrate with third‑party providers, including OpenAI and Google (text models), ElevenLabs (voice), Supabase (database/auth), object storage (S3‑compatible), and Stripe (billing). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND LIMIT LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the Service.
We may update features or these Terms. If updates are material, we will notify you in‑app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, USA (without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles), unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law. Venue and jurisdiction for any dispute will lie in state or federal courts located in Georgia.
