Your Life is Full: A Psalm of Wholeness
What names have you carried that weigh heavy on your soul?
Let’s begin by simply breathing.
Inhale God's peace; exhale all that burdens you.
Feel His presence settle over you now.
Perhaps you've felt broken, or incomplete.
Maybe you’ve believed you lack vitality, or strength.
These are not the names God calls you.
Close your eyes, and in the quiet, ask: Father, who do You say I am?
Listen not with your ears, but with your spirit.
Hear His gentle whisper: You are blessed.
You are filled with His strength and vitality.
The Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want.
He restores your soul.
You are like a tree planted by streams of water.
Your leaf does not wither; whatever you do prospers.
He heals all your diseases.
He crowns you with steadfast love and mercy.
Your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made.
His works are wonderful; your soul knows it well.
You are His masterpiece, crafted with purpose.
This fullness, this healing, is received, not achieved.
Imagine today, walking in this divine vitality.
See yourself making choices from a place of wholeness.
Speak life and truth, free from fear.
Let your actions flow from who God says you are.
This is true freedom: living fully as His beloved.
Remember the word shalom.
It means not just peace, but completeness, wholeness, well-being.
May you walk in His shalom today and always. Amen.
