I settle my heart and quiet my mind, resting in Your holy presence, Lord.

You are the God of all hope, filling me with joy and perfect peace.

By Your Spirit's power, I abound in this hope that never disappoints.

My soul finds its true rest in You alone; my salvation comes from You.

You are my Rock, my fortress, my deliverer, my safe and secure refuge.

Your steadfast love never ceases; Your mercies are new every morning.

Great is Your faithfulness, Lord, covering me in every season of life.

You keep me in perfect peace, because my mind is fixed and trusting in You.

I trust in Your plans for me, plans for welfare, to give me a future and a hope.

The Lord is my shepherd; I have everything I need, I shall not want.

You lead me beside still waters; You restore my weary soul with Your goodness.

In Your presence, Lord, there is fullness of joy, and pleasures forevermore.

You sustain me with Your right hand; Your grace is sufficient for me.

Jesus, You are my peace; You have made a way for me to come near.

I receive Your peace, a peace not given as the world gives, but from You.

You came that I might have abundant life, a life overflowing with Your Spirit.

I am never truly alone, for You promised to be with me always, to the end.

By Your healing stripes, I am made whole and restored in spirit, soul, and body.

Your yoke is easy, and Your burden is light; I find rest for my soul in You.

I am filled with the fruit of Your Spirit: love, joy, peace, and patience.

Kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control grow within me.

I am a new creation in You, Lord; the old has passed away, the new has come.

I walk by faith, not by what I see, trusting in Your unseen, powerful hand.

I have the mind of Christ, perceiving truth and understanding Your wisdom.

I am strong in You, Lord, and in the power of Your mighty strength.

I am rooted and established in Your unwavering, everlasting love.

My hope in You is an anchor for my soul, steadfast and absolutely secure.

All things work together for my good, because I love You and am called by You.

I choose to dwell in Your peace and embrace Your joy, now and always.

I seal these words in the name and blood of Jesus the Son of God.
