Steadfast Heart: Patience and Trust in God
I surrender my need for control to Your sovereign hand, O Lord.
My soul waits in silence for God alone; from Him comes my salvation.
I trust in Your enduring faithfulness, stretching from everlasting to everlasting.
You are my Rock, my strong tower, my refuge in every season.
I rest in Your ancient promises, which You always bring to pass.
You go before me, clearing the path and making every crooked place straight.
In quietness and in trust shall be my strength.
My heart does not fret, for Your Spirit within me brings peace.
I release my anxieties into Your caring hands, for You truly care for me.
Jesus taught me not to worry about tomorrow, for You know all my needs.
He bids me come to Him, all who are weary, and I will find rest for my soul.
Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding, now guards my heart and mind.
I fix my eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of my faith.
He has completed a good work in me, and He will carry it on to completion.
I walk by faith, not by sight, trusting Your unseen hand at work.
The Spirit of God within me empowers me with patience and gentleness.
I am a beloved child of God, deeply loved and fully accepted.
Your love for me is steadfast, never failing, never giving up.
I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loves me.
You have given me an inheritance, kept safe for me in heaven.
I will not fear, for You are with me; I will not be dismayed, for You are my God.
You strengthen me, You help me, You uphold me with Your righteous right hand.
My confidence is in You alone, not in my own understanding.
I delight myself in You, and You give me the desires of my heart.
Your timing is perfect, and Your plans for me are for good and for a future.
I am planted by streams of water, yielding fruit in its season.
I patiently endure, knowing Your presence is my constant companion.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
My hope is anchored in Your unfailing love and unwavering power.
I seal these words in the name and blood of Jesus, the Son of God.
