Settle into this quiet moment, right where you are.
Allow your shoulders to soften, your jaw to release.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath.
Let your belly soften, your heart open.
Welcome His promised presence, a gentle invitation.
Each breath you take is a sacred exchange.
His life-giving Spirit breathes within you now.
From heaven to earth, spirit to flesh, you are connected.
Breathe in His divine peace, deep and slow.
Exhale all that feels heavy, all that weighs you down.
Every breath is communion with His abiding love.
Now, gently notice where emotions reside in your body.
Is there any tightness, any heaviness, any sensation?
Invite these feelings to simply be, without judgment.
Your body is a trusted messenger, not your enemy.
His grace meets you precisely in this physical space.
Allow His Spirit to bring compassionate awareness.
Say with me: I am safe in His loving presence.
His Spirit truly dwells within every part of me.
I release fear and anxiety with each exhale.
Peace fills every cell, every fiber of my being.
My body remembers grace, not past burdens.
I am whole and complete in His perfect love.
I am free to breathe, free to rest, free to be.
His promised rest is now my dwelling place.
Breathe deeply, integrating all you’ve received.
Feel His peace settle and anchor within you.
You are continuously transformed, from glory to glory.
Rest in the assurance of His unfailing love.
