Father, I come before You with a heavy heart today.

The weight of pain and fear presses down on me.

This emotion is a heavy burden I do not wish to carry.

I release this painful feeling into Your capable hands.

Today, I step into Your heavenly courtroom.

Jesus, You are my Advocate, my voice for truth and justice.

Your blood speaks a better word over my life, a word of grace.

Every accusation, every lie, is silenced by Your cross.

I declare Your perfect Hebrew word, *Shalom*, meaning wholeness and completeness, over my heart.

Your unwavering Hebrew word, *Chesed*, meaning steadfast love, covers me fully.

I am Your beloved child, chosen and deeply valued by You.

My true identity is found in You alone, not in earthly acceptance.

Your presence is my refuge, my strong tower, my safe place.

You are my El Shaddai, the All-Sufficient and Powerful One.

Your perfect love casts out all fear from my soul and spirit.

I choose to delight in You, to become soft and pliable, as the Hebrew word *anag* implies, in Your joy.

I roll the burden of this pain onto You, my Lord, as the Hebrew word *galal* signifies.

You establish my steps and grant me Your Greek word, *Eirene*, Your divine peace.

I am protected under the shadow of Your wings, always secure.

You heal the brokenhearted and bind up every wound within me.

Your Holy Spirit gives life to every part of my being.

I am filled with Your divine Greek word, *Zoe*, Your eternal life.

My home, my spirit, and my future are safe in Your hands.

I walk in freedom, cleansed and made new by Your abundant grace.

I am surrounded by Your favor and Your unwavering peace.
