I come to Your presence now, letting go of all my striving.

I release every anxious thought, every burden I am carrying.

You are my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

My soul finds rest in You alone; my salvation comes from You.

I cast all my anxieties upon You, for You care deeply for me.

You quiet my soul with Your gentle presence, like a weaned child.

I hear Your voice, saying, 'Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened.'

You give me rest for my soul, a light burden and an easy yoke.

Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guards my heart and mind.

I receive Your peace today, the peace You give, not as the world gives.

I will not let my heart be troubled; I will not be afraid.

The Lord goes before me, and He is my faithful rear guard.

He strengthens my hands for the good work He has given me.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me within.

I am created for good works, which You prepared in advance for me.

You are my never-failing source, my abundant supply for every need.

You will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

I fix my eyes on You, the author and perfecter of my faith.

I choose to seek Your Kingdom first, knowing all else will be added.

You guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.

My mind is renewed by Your Spirit, filled with wisdom and discernment.

I have the mind of Christ; I walk in His clarity and purpose.

I am a beloved child of God, chosen and dearly loved by You.

I am complete in Him, who is the head over all principalities.

My life is hidden with Christ in You, secure and steadfast.

I surrender this day, its tasks and its timing, to Your perfect will.

You work all things for my good, according to Your glorious purpose.

I am peaceful, I am focused, I am empowered by Your presence.

I walk by faith, not by sight, trusting Your provision every moment.

I seal these words in the name and blood of Jesus, the Son of God.
