I release all burdens into Your mighty hands, O God.

I receive Your gift of restorative sleep.

My body, soul, and spirit are renewed in Your rest.

You are Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals me.

Every anxious thought is cast down by Your truth, Your Emet.

I am surrounded by Your steadfast love, Your Chesed.

Your unfailing mercy covers me through the night.

I trust in Your goodness to protect my household.

You grant refreshing sleep to Your beloved.

I am safe and secure in Your loving embrace.

Your Ruach, Your Spirit, brings calm to my soul.

I declare a deep and refreshing slumber.

Every dream reflects Your holy presence, Your Qadosh.

I wake refreshed, invigorated, and ready for Your purpose.

You open doors of grace in my waking hours.

Your wisdom guides my steps with clarity.

I am empowered by Your Dunamis, Your divine strength.

My mind is clear, my body strong, my spirit vibrant.

You are El Shaddai, God Almighty, fully sufficient for me.

Your Agape love fills every part of my being.

I am a child of Theos, created for good works.

I walk in Your favor and blessing from this moment forth.
