It is the gentle whisper of His Spirit within you.
His breath connects heaven to earth, spirit to flesh.
Remember His peace breathed over His beloved ones.
Each inhale draws in His divine life, His calm.
Each exhale releases what no longer serves you.
This breath is a bridge, a constant communion.
Mindful breathing is dwelling in His holy presence.
Now, gently notice the sensations within your body.
Where might emotions be held or stored?
Perhaps tightness, a warmth, or a heavy space.
Your body is a trustworthy messenger of grace.
There's no need to analyze or try to fix it.
Just observe with compassion, with loving awareness.
He meets you in this very physical truth.
His Spirit is here, offering comfort and release.
Allow what needs to surface to gently rise.
Say with me now, speaking truth into your being.
I am safe in this moment, held by His eternal love.
