Find a comfortable position now, allowing your body to settle.
Gently close your eyes, or soften your gaze downwards.
Bring your awareness to your breath, flowing in and out.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest, the gentle movement in your belly.
Let your shoulders soften, your jaw release, and your heart open.
You are safe in this moment, held by His presence, right here, right now.
Consider the breath, this sacred gift of life within you.
Every inhale a connection to His Spirit, the very breath of creation.
He breathed life into existence, and that same life flows in you.
Feel the Spirit's presence with each breath, a bridge between heaven and earth.
This breath is not just air; it is divine communion.
Jesus Himself breathed peace upon His disciples, and He breathes peace upon you.
Allow your breath to deepen, slow, and find its natural rhythm.
Let it be a gentle, intentional act of receiving His life.
Every breath, a fresh moment with the indwelling Spirit.
Now, gently shift your awareness to your body.
Notice any sensations, any feelings held within.
Perhaps a tightness, a heaviness, or an ache from life's pressures.
Without judgment, simply observe where these emotions reside.
Your body is a trustworthy messenger, communicating with you.
Invite His gentle presence into these places of tension.
He meets you in your physical being, in every feeling.
You do not need to analyze; simply allow His grace to be present.
Breathe into those areas, softening and welcoming His light.
Allow what needs to surface, to gently rise and be acknowledged.
Now, let us speak truth over our bodies and spirits.
Say with me, if you wish: I am safe in my body.
His Spirit dwells within me, making me whole.
I release fear and pressure with each exhale.
I breathe in His peace, filling every cell of my being.
