I breathe in the peace of God, breathing out all my worry.

My spirit finds rest in His unchanging presence today.

I release every heavy thought that seeks to weigh me down.

I choose to unburden my heart, laying all my anxieties before Him.

His strong hand holds me, sustaining me in perfect peace.

My problems are not my highest reality; God's love is.

I refuse to let any challenge define my day or my joy.

The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear?

He cares for me, knowing my needs even before I speak them.

His grace is sufficient for me, His strength made perfect in weakness.

I dwell in the secret place of the Most High, safe in His shadow.

I cast all my cares upon Him, for He always cares for me.

I choose to see beyond the visible, to the abundant goodness of God.

Every good and perfect gift flows from His generous hand.

I open my eyes to the simple, beautiful blessings all around me.

The morning light, the air I breathe, a moment of quiet grace.

I give thanks for the warmth of His love, ever new each day.

My heart overflows with appreciation for His faithful provision.

I will praise Him for all His wonderful deeds and His mercies.

He daily loads me with benefits; His compassion never fails.

I rejoice in the Lord always, for He is my exceeding joy.

I awaken to the delight of His presence, a wellspring within.

My inner person is renewed, strengthened by His living Word.

I am filled with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

This peace guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

I choose gratitude as my anthem, a melody of thanksgiving.

His joy is my strength, filling me with vibrant, living hope.

I am confident in His unfailing love, His promises are true.

I walk in His favor, blessed and highly favored by His grace.
