My soul finds rest in God alone.

My salvation and my honor come from Him.

He alone is my rock and my salvation.

I will not be shaken, for my hope is in Him.

I lay down my burdens at His feet.

I cast all my anxieties upon Him, for He cares for me.

His peace, which transcends all understanding, guards my heart.

I will not let my heart be troubled; I will not be afraid.

He holds my future securely in His hand.

The Lord goes before me and is my rear guard.

He is my refuge and my strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

I walk in His perfect peace, my mind stayed on Him.

I come to Jesus, and He gives me rest.

His yoke is easy, and His burden is light.

I am rooted and established in His boundless love.

I am strengthened with all power by His Spirit in my inner being.

I am a child of God, dearly loved and fully accepted.

The Spirit of God lives within me, guiding my every step.

I choose patience, knowing God works all things for my good.

I trust His timing, resting in His sovereign plan for my life.

He is my Shepherd, I have everything I need.

He leads me beside still waters; He restores my soul.

I am calm and confident, for His presence is always with me.

I am being transformed by the renewing of my mind.

I choose faith over fear, declaring His promises over my life.

I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Joy fills my heart, for His presence brings fullness of joy.

Peace settles deep within me, anchoring my soul.
