I breathe in Your presence, Lord, and gently exhale all my worries.

My soul finds true rest in You alone, my God, my salvation and hope.

I choose not to fear, for You are always intimately with me, always near.

Your perfect love casts out every shadow of fear from my heart and mind.

I lay down every anxious thought, bringing them before Your gracious throne.

With a thankful heart, I surrender all my concerns into Your capable hands.

Your peace, which passes all understanding, now guards my heart and spirit.

I am a new creation in Christ; the old has truly passed away within me.

Behold, all things have become wonderfully new through Your life-giving Spirit.

You have delivered me from darkness and brought me into Your glorious kingdom.

I am firmly rooted in Your love, established in Your unshakable, constant grace.

Your Spirit lives within me, guiding me into all truth and perfect freedom.

I walk in the light of Your presence, empowered by Your divine nature and purpose.

My strength is renewed like the eagle's, soaring high above every earthly storm.

I wait upon You, Lord, and find fresh power to rise and run without tiring.

You strengthen me in my inner being with power through Your indwelling Spirit.

The joy of the Lord is truly my strength, my unfailing, constant source of hope.

I am strong in the Lord and in the mighty power of His great, enduring strength.

You sustain me with Your righteous right hand, always holding me firm in Your grip.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, always and forevermore.

Your faithfulness endures through all generations, a steadfast promise to my soul.

You are my faithful God, keeping Your covenant of love to a thousand generations.

Jesus, Your words are spirit and life, a lamp unto my feet, my guiding light.

You give me living water, and I will never thirst for anything else again, ever.

I walk by faith, not by sight, trusting Your unseen hand to lead my every way.

You are my Shepherd; I have everything I need, my soul is always restored by You.

Your goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my blessed, abundant life.

I am anchored in Your peace, confident in Your presence, secure in Your eternal love.

Every word spoken is now established in the depths of my inner being and spirit.
